We’ll nest here. Hubby can’t wait to roam the backyard; can’t wait to have breakfast looking out our sliding doors into the backyard; can’t wait to wake up and stretch in the balcony.
I just can’t wait!
As promised, here are pictures. View them and get *”kilig” with us.
Notice Woody carrying a travel mug. It’s full of, what else, tea.
*Note: kilig is a Tagalog word roughly meaning, “get excited” and not in a dirty way

oooohhhhh, am i just as excited for you!! i love the view, too! congrats! you’re getting there!
Wooooooohooooo! I got kilig with you!!!
nice nice… very nice.
kahit frame pa lang, nice house! *inggit* and can’t help but get “kilig” with you. i’m sure it’ll make a great home, lalo na pag meron ng kids
hey tin! it’s looking good. definitely kaka-kilig.
Hey, thanks everyone.
ooohhhh!!! how exciting!
:cat: woohoo! it really looks exciting! i wonder when we can build a house ourselves????? hey, i received your card btw and was so touched with what you wrote! thanks dear! The feelings are mutual! mwah!
Nice! last time i saw this, it was still made of stilts! Nice one!!
impressive… in LA county if you bought a new single detached home that is 1500 sf that in an average neighborhood that would easily cost you $500,000. I cant afford that!!!
wow it looks like a real house now! congratulations, tin! you and your hubby must be REALLY kilig! i am!
That last pic, all of that beyond the window is your backyard? WOW! Super wow!
Have a blast decorating!
:bday:
nakakatuwa same time nakakagigilsa excitement about the decorating ideas.
wheres the guest room?
even half-finished, one can see it’s gonna be beautiful! and that green outside the window, such a luxury to have so much space!
You know, the house we’re living now is already 20 years old. It was built by my in-laws and as the first son,it is customary that we lived with them and inherit the house.
I envy you. I wish we can also build a house of our own liking, with every detailed design, color and style suit to our taste and lifestyle. Mine is a free house but it’s not my taste!
congrats! a dream house for a young couple..
hey PH, congrats! house looks nice. make sure u plant lots of flowering plants in the backyard. nothing like fresh flowers in your very own house from your very own garden.
AnP: Hi AnP. When are you scanning the GH article and posting it on your site?
Christine: Glad you got it!
Mon: I know, its coming along really well!
Mell: those prices are scary. California Real Estate may crash anytime now. Move to Texas or the Southwest!
pazette: thanks!
Sassy: that was one of the reason we bought in the neighborhood. The lots are huge compared to almost everywhere else we checked out.
jing: the guest room is in the 2nd floor and we’ll get it ready for you!
ruth: the backyard is hubby’s most anticipated feature to enjoy
sachiko: the old house versus new has its own advantages. with your old house, could you remodel? anyway, the paid part is great!
G: I hope I have a green thumb and not a hopeless one!
The house looks like a home in paradise. I’m so happy for you guys.
Tin!!! I’m so excited for you and your hubby! The house is surely shaping up really well. Looking forward to your stories of having breakfast looking out through the sliding doors, enjoying the sweet air from your backyard, looking out at the velvet night sky from your windows… Cheers!
woweee! Tin, I can already see you, hubby and perhaps a toddler and a puppy in this house!!
Your house is coming along nicely. =)
congratulations! i’m so excited for you. i live in a 50-y-o house. there’s nothing like the smell of a brand-new home. have a blast! *kilig* *kilig*
congratulations to you both for that beautiful HOME you’re building! kakainggit naman. specially the color, maliwanag tingnan. congrats tin and woody!
vote for best shots: the ones with woody being the piece de resistance of the house.
Wow, that was fast cool! When is the projected move-in date?
